Mercers @ Stubb's Feb. 13th

Hi Everyone. We're playing at Stubb's (Inside) on Saturday, February 13th with the Sour Notes and White Dress. The Sour Notes have recently gotten some great press. You can read about them and sample their stuff here.

We are giving away copies of The Mercers' new EP "Giant" and admission to the release show - to be held soon after SXSW. Well, "giving away" isn't completely accurate. The Mercers are launching a new subscription service and we'd like you to be a part of it. Subscribers will get advanced mp3's of our new songs, at least one per month, as we finish them. You'll also get cool artwork, photos and whatever other content tickles our fancy, sent directly to your email address with each new song. At the end of the year, you'll get all the songs packaged together in their finished album form on compact disc.

The cost of a one-year subscription will be $20. All subscription fees will be used by the band to finance recording, and producing new material. So in a round-a-bout way, becoming a subscriber is like being a part-owner of the band (don't let it go to your head.)
